Misstyped Xunlai Acc
I misstyped my xunlai account and the reg email was sent to another account, is there any way to reset the main email? I sent a mail to the other email adress, and asked the person to do it for me too.
Any idea? |

Could not find anything on guildwars.com or plaync.com
Guess you need to go to plaync.com support and "Ask a Question" because nothing in their FAQ.

I had the same issue. I submitted a support ticket through PlayNC. It wasn't fast, it took around 2 weeks to be resolved, but I did get it resolved.
If the account isn't linked to a master PlayNC account, I hope you have the keys on it. |

Heya,
I had the same issue. Luckily for me the 'misstyped' email account I entered wasn't taken, so I could just open the address and resend the info. This was way back at the start of the Xunlai House. I opened a support ticket but as only answer I got from them: "We are not responsible. Send a email to [email protected] ..." Never got a reply from that address though. Good luck with your support ticket! |

I also had the same issue. It took a trouble ticket to get it straightened out. Again, it wasn't resolved over night, but it works now.
